Scott joined Structural Soils in 2004, spending his first two years in the laboratory before progressing into the drilling department. He has worked on numerous high-profile ground investigation projects across the UK and internationally, building extensive operational and project delivery experience.
Following his appointment as Drilling Manager in 2017, Scott progressed to Associate Director before becoming Drilling Director in 2026. He is responsible for the efficient running of the drilling department and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all operations.
